PART CONNECTOR.
PART STRATEGIST.
ALL CULTURE.

Callie Dee is a Dallas–Fort Worth culture strategist, event producer, artist advocate and founder of Red Empire Creative.

For more than 12 years, she has worked in the trenches of independent music—developing artists, producing experiences, building brands, creating press moments and connecting people who should know each other.

Her work lives at the intersection of music, art, community and business. The mission is simple: help creative people turn the thing they love into something sustainable—without sanding off what makes it special.
